A Faculty Piano Music Recital by Justin Bird, Vincennes
University instructor of piano, will be presented January 17, 7:30 p.m.
(EST), at the Red Skelton Performing Arts Center located on the VU Campus.
Presented by VU’s Department of Music and Theatre, the recital is free and
the public is invited to attend.

Bird will be performing his complete arrangement of Antonio Vivaldi’s Four
Seasons. The recital will begin with a short talk about the work –
explaining the narrative of the poems, captions, and music – followed by
Bird’s arrangement of the four three-movement violin concerti performed in
their entirety, lasting 45 minutes.
