The parents of missing IU student Lauren Spierer say they‘ll appeal a federal judge‘s ruling.

Judge Tanya Walton Pratt dismissed the Spierer‘s civil negligence lawsuit against Corey Rossman and Jason Rosenbaum.

In a written statement, the Spierers attorney Jason Barclay says “I am heartbroken that the defendants and their team of defense lawyers will not allow the Spierers to get a simple question answered: What happened to their daughter that night?

We will appeal and continue our pursuit of answers to that important question.”
