An Iowa man has been returned to Knox County to face a charge of Child Solicitation.
32-year-old Dustin Lee Stump was arrested in Peoria, Illinois on a Knox County warrant.
The alleged incident occurred on February 11th.
Stump is being held on $10,000 cash bond in the Knox County Jail.
He is scheduled to make his initial court appearance April 1st in Knox Circuit Court.
