Indiana State Police arrested a Washington man Monday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance, Operating While Intoxicated Endangerment, and Operating While Intoxicated Refusal.
20-year-old Donovan Rivera is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
147 inmates were being held in the security center early Tuesday morning.
