The average price of gas in Indiana is inching up toward the $4.00 level again.
The Triple A Motor Club says the state’s average price on Tuesday was $3.99 per gallon, 20¢ higher than Monday and 19¢ lower than Tuesday’s national average of $4.18 per gallon.
It was also 26¢ higher than a week ago, 3¢ lower than a month ago, and 93¢ higher than a year ago.
Meanwhile Triple-A says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana on Tuesday was $5.25 a gallon, the same as Monday and 8¢ lower than a week ago.
It was also 4¢ higher than a month ago and $1.66 higher than a year ago.
And the average EV charging price in Indiana on Tuesday was 42¢ per kilowatt hour, the same as Monday and the same as Tuesday’s national average.
