The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Bloomington man Sunday for Operating While Intoxicated Over .15%, Reckless Driving, and Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance.
24-year-old Levi Stephan is being held on $5,000 bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
153 inmates were being held in the security center early Monday morning.
