Indiana taxpayers are now able to check their eligibility status for Tax Amnesty 2026 with an online Amnesty Eligibility Tool.
The Indiana Department of Revenue is partnering with United Collection Bureau to offer this limited-time opportunity for taxpayers to pay past due, eligible taxes and receive a waiver on penalties, interest, and collection fees.
Tax Amnesty 2026 runs through September 9th.
