The Indiana Department of Transportation is implementing a traffic shift on U.S. 41 in Gibson County, starting Tuesday.
Crews will move traffic from the northbound to southbound lanes near Princeton, between County Road 300 South and County Road 100 West.
The southbound off ramp to County Road 300 South will reopen, but the on ramp from County Road 300 South to U.S. 41 north will close, with a detour via U.S. 41 southbound to County Road 550 and back to U.S. 41 north.
This shift facilitates the replacement of the northbound bridge, following recent work on the southbound bridge.
The project is expected to continue through the end of the year, weather permitting.
