Monday’s Memorial Day ceremonies in Vincennes begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Civil War Monument at the Knox County Courthouse.
A second ceremony begins at 8:55 a.m. at the Upper Indiana Church.
At 9:15 a.m. a ceremony will be held at the U.S.S Vincennes Monument at the George Rogers Clark National Historical Park.
At 9:30, the location is the French Cemetery next to the Old Cathedral.
At 9:45 there will be a ceremony at Green Lawn Cemetery for unknown soldiers who fought with George Rogers Clark.
Then, at 10:00 a.m. there will be a ceremony at Memorial Park Cemetery which will include a speech by the mayor, special guest speakers, and a 21-gun salute.
At 11:30 a.m. there will be a Memorial Day Lunch at the Vincennes American Legion.
