The Brazil Public Library has received a three-thousand-dollar grant from the Dollar General Literacy Foundation to fund its 2026 Summer Reading Program.
Library officials say the money will buy new books for the free “Unearth A Story” community events running throughout June and July.
The national foundation awards grants to local libraries located near its stores.
