The Pike County Prosecutor’s Office has filed formal charges against an Evansville man following an incident at the Sugar Ridge Fish and Wildlife Area on May 14th.
A Pike County Sheriff’s deputy found 18-year-old Leroy Walker to be in possession of a firearm that had been stolen in Fort Branch.
Walker is charged with Theft – Possession of a Stolen Firearm and Possession of Marijuana.
He faces between one and six years in prison and a $10,000 fine on the firearm charge if convicted.
