A 36-year-old man is in the Pike County Jail after sheriff’s office investigators arrested him on child solicitation charges.
Brandon Rhoderick admitted to authorities that he and a 14-year-old girl had known each other for two years and they started communicating every day four months ago.
She told police he would hug and kiss her and they would talk about having sex when she reached the age of consent.
Rhoderick also admitted they would hug and kiss often when they were at church.
