The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested four people Tuesday on drug related charges.
56-year-old James Choate of Washington was arrested for Conspiracy to Deal Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
37-year-old Jared Ray of Newberry and 34-year-old Paul Higgins of Odon are facing preliminary charges of Dealing in and Possession of Methamphetamine.
And 44-year-old Tara Demoss of Washington was arrested for Dealing in and Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia.
All four are being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.

In other arrests Tuesday, Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 46-year-old Scott Morrissey of New York on a warrant for Failure to Appear.
Morrissey is being held on $15,000 bond.
156 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center early Wednesday morning.
