A Knox County Circuit Court jury found a Vincennes man guilty of domestic battery Wednesday following 40 minutes of deliberation.
57-year-old Jon Borden was convicted in connection with an incident in November of last year.
Knox County Prosecutor Dirk Carnahan says this was Borden’s 27th overall conviction, with 13 of those being felony charges.
Borden also admitted to being a habitual offender, allowing for an enhanced prison sentence.
Circuit Court Judge Monica Gilmore will sentence Borden next month.
