The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Loogootee man Tuesday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated .15 or Greater and Operating While Intoxicated Endangerment.
71-year-old Daniel Ray Otto was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $5,000 bond.
And Indiana State Police arrested 29-year-old Marcus Woodard of West Lafayette in Daviess County Tuesday for being a Habitual Traffic Violator.
Woodard is being held on $10,000 bond.
155 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center early Wednesday morning.
