The Jasper Steet Department will close Vine Street at the intersection with 14th Street starting at eight o’clock Tuesday morning.
This closure is necessary for the replacement of a storm sewer under the street before it is paved later this year.
Barring any unforeseen issues, the street should reopen by four o’clock Tuesday afternoon.
