A class-action lawsuit has been filed in Indiana where thousands have now gone 11 days without electricity.
Northern Indiana Public Service Company is being sued by thousands of customers in northwest Indiana, who have been in the dark ever since severe wind storms pounded the area earlier this month.
Over 40-thousand utility customers are still without power in and around the city of Gary, and are complaining of spoiled food, flooded basements and health problems.
The utility says the power should be restored by Tuesday.
