Sullivan Police have released details concerning three arrests made early this week after officers responded to a report of a burglary and theft from a residence on Indiana Avenue.
After obtaining a search warrant for the residence, police found multiple controlled substances, prescription legend drugs, drug-related items, and suspected methamphetamine items.
As a result of the investigation, 34-year-old Dusty Eugene Phegley was arrested for Burglary and Theft, along with drug-related/dealing-related charges.
52-yer-old Marie Antoinette Risley and 33-year-old Alicia Nicole Risley were arrested on drug-related/dealing-related charges.
