The Indiana Supreme Court is headed to Brown County next month, holding a traveling oral argument in Nashville on Tuesday, October 6th.

The justices will hear Carla Miller versus Indiana Gas Company at 10:30 a.m. inside the Brown County Music Center.

The civil case stems from a residential gas explosion and centers on what evidence determines if natural gas was properly odorized.

Nearly 900 students from 11 local high schools will attend, and the 40-minute proceeding is free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
