The Indiana Department of Transportation says paving operations are scheduled to begin Friday on US 41 in southern Knox County.
Paving will occur near the intersection of East Essex Road to just south of the intersection of State Road 241.
One lane will be closed at a time to allow for paving to occur in both directions of travel.
Work will begin in lanes that have already been closed for patching operations.
Work is expected to last through the end of October, depending on the weather.
