Convicted double murderer Richard Allen is appealing his 130-year prison sentence.
Allen was convicted in the fall of 2024 of killing Abby Williams and Libby German near the Monon High Bridge in Delphi.
He is challenging the evidence used to convict him and the time he will spend in prison.
The Indiana Court of Appeals is hearing the case.
