Washington Police arrested a Washington man Monday for Operating a Vehicle Without Ever Receiving a License.
18-year-old Lyle Joseph Kellar was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $5,000 bond.
139 inmates were being held in the security center early Tuesday morning.
