The man charged with the murder of a 19-year-old Vincennes woman earlier this month is scheduled to make his initial court appearance Thursday in Knox Superior Court One.
37-year-old Shane Carrie of Vincennes is charged with Murder and Arson in the fire that killed 19-year-old Aileese Tucker on Monday, September 21st.
Fire investigators claim the fire was intentionally set at the back of the residence owned by Troy Pickel at 946 North 11th Street.
Carie was arrested on the murder charge three days later.
He is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail.
