The Jasper Street Department and contractor Calcar Paving will begin milling and paving several city streets this week.
Work is scheduled for Wednesday at Kiefner Court near the 43rd Street intersection.
On Friday, crews are scheduled to mill asphalt on West 14th Street from Emily Street to Altmeyer Road; Carroll Street from 9th to 10th Street; MacArthur Street from 6th to 7th Street; and Vincent Street from Maurice Street to Hopf Avenue.
Those streets are scheduled to be paved Monday and Tuesday, October 12th and 13th.
Motorists should use caution in the work areas and be prepared for possible delays.
Officials say the construction schedule is subject to change.
