Indiana State Police arrested a Gainesville, Florida woman in Daviess County Saturday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance, Operating While Intoxicated Endangerment, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
23-year-old Elena Gonzalez is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
144 inmates were being held in the security center early Sunday morning.
