Resurfacing begins Friday on three streets on Jasper’s north side.
The Jasper Street Department and contractor J.H. Rudolph Paving Company will mill off the old asphalt and lay new pavement on:
• West 15th Street, from Bartley Street to Emily Street
• Greene Street, from 15th Street north to the dead end
• And Vine Street, from 15th Street to 14th Street
Crews will start with milling, followed by patching and paving.
Drivers are asked to move vehicles off the affected streets by 7 a.m. Friday and keep them off until paving is finished.
City officials say the schedule could change due to unforeseen circumstances.
