Second Arrest Made in Lowell Badger Murder Investigation

Indiana State Police say a second arrest has been made in the Lowell Badger Murder investigation.

The retired Sullivan County farmer was found dead in his home on the morning of December 8th, 2012.

39-year-old Richard Taft was served with an arrest warrant for Murder and two counts of Burglary Resulting in Bodily Injury at the Michigan City Correctional Facility where he was being held.

Earlier this year, a Sullivan County Grand Jury indicted 38-year-old William Ray Grimes in Badger’s murder.
