U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has detained Bekzhan Beishekeev, a semi driver from Kyrgyzstan, for allegedly causing a fatal crash in Jay County, Indiana that killed four people: Henry, Menno, and Paul Eicher, and Simon Girod.
Beishekeev is being held in the Fulton County Jail pending his immigration hearing.
