The Indiana Department of Transportation says State Road 56 in French Lick is scheduled to be closed on or around Friday, May 1st for the replacement of a sewer pipe and installation of ADA ramps.
The closure will be between Plum and Bennet Streets.
Work is expected to take three days to complete, depending on the weather.
One lane of traffic will remain open during the project.
Traffic flow will be controlled with a flagger.
