The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Washington man Wednesday on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke.
56-year-old James Wininger is being held on $50,000 bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
153 inmates were being held in the security center early Thursday morning.
