Indiana State Police arrested a California man in Daviess County Sunday for Resisting Law Enforcement, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangerment, Operating While Intoxicated .15 or Greater, Operating Without Ever Receiving a License, and Possession of Cocaine.
32-year-old Norlin Mosises Vasquez of San Jose, California is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
149 inmates were being held in the security center early Monday morning.
