The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says a Vincennes woman was arrested Friday after she drove her car into a pond Thursday night.
Authorities say 21-year-old Hannah Holt had posted on her Snapchat account that she had driven the car into a pond, in the area of 13-46 South 6th Street Road, while driving home drunk the night before.
While her car was being recovered from the pond Friday, Holt approached deputies and admitted she was the driver.
Holt was arrested on a preliminary charge of Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Crash.
