Washington Police arrested a Washington man Sunday on a warrant for Domestic Battery, Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child Under 16 years, and Conversion.
21-year-old Frank Macias Cruz was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $50,000 bond.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 21-year-old Britney Maritza Rivers of Washington Sunday on a warrant for Domestic Battery.
Maritza is being held on $25,000 bond.
163 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center early Monday morning.
