Washington Police arrested a Texas man Friday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Operating While Intoxicated Endangerment, and Operating While Intoxicated .15 or Greater.
26-year-old Rolando Quevedo Garduno was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $5,000 bond.
157 inmates were being held in the security center early Saturday morning.
