A disaster reporting form is now ready for Daviess and four other counties to report flood or structural wind damage from Sunday night’s storms.
Residents of Daviess, Gibson, Knox, Sullivan, and Warrick Counties can visit in211.org and click on DAMAGE REPORTING to submit a report.
Those without access to the internet can dial 2-1-1 or (866) 211-9966 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Be sure to complete the information for proper damage assessment.
Include your address and contact information.
This is a preliminary damage assessment and not an application for assistance.
Thresholds must be met for the county to qualify for assistance.
If assistance becomes available a different process will be implemented.
