The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Plainville man Thursday on a warrant for Domestic Battery Committed in the Presence of a Child Less than 16.
42-year-old Ricky Leathers is being held on $50,000 bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
150 inmates were being held in the security center early Friday morning.
