Indiana’s gas tax holiday is set to end on Thursday, raising gas prices to over $4.00 per gallon again.
Beginning Friday, the state will resume collecting both the 7% gasoline usage tax and the gasoline excise tax that have been suspended since spring.
That will add an additional 61 cents to the price of a gallon of gas, which is averaging $3.57 today according to Triple A.
