Washington Police arrested two Washington residents on Tuesday for Conspiracy to Deal in Methamphetamine and Possession of Meth.
44-year-old Robert Lance Osgatharp and 44-year-old Jennifer Rose Drake are being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
