The Gibson County Sheriff’s Office says an Oakland City woman is facing preliminary charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia following a traffic stop Monday near the intersection of Grove and Columbia in Oakland City.
A sheriff’s deputy pulled over 29-year-old Tiffany Brown due to her car having a suspended license plate registration.
