A Dubois Circuit Court judge sentenced a Huntingburg man Tuesday to two years in the Indiana Department of Correction for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor and Possession of Child Pornography.
The Dubois County Prosecutor’s Office says 21-year-old Jordan Black had earlier entered into a plea agreement on the two charges.
Upon his release from prison, Black will be placed on one-year supervised probation.
He will also be required to register as a sex offender and complete a court-approved sex offender treatment program.
