The Warrick County commission will consider any recommendation from the Area Plan Commission on a proposed data center ordinance next month.
The APC will have a public hearing on the ordinance November 2nd at the Friedman Park Event Center, and the county commission will meet November 9th at the same location.
The proposed ordinance sets up detailed application requirements and a review process to address the impacts by data centers on noise, water, traffic, public safety and more.
