The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested an East Peoria, Illinois man Monday for Disorderly Conduct and Intimidation.
46-year-old Ryan Underwood is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies also arrested 25-year-old Jonathan Carroll of Olney, Illinois Monday on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke.
Carroll is being held on $100,000 bond.
143 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center early Wednesday morning.
