Some Knox County athletes have been named to the Blue Chip All Conference teams in boys’ soccer and tennis.
In soccer, two South Knox players got on the team, with Tucker Mahan and Levi Loudermilk named as all-conference. Other Knox County players on the team include Miles Holka of Vincennes Rivet, and Tayveon Smith of North Knox. Conference champion Barr-Reeve led the way, with six team members—goalkeeper Chase Kavanaugh, and position players Logan Butcher, Landon Gallagher, Nate Keller, Alex Torres, and Landon Wininger.
In tennis, Knox County selections were South Knox’s Reid Hall and Layne Hays, and Rivet’s Miles Holka. Holka is the only player to get both soccer and tennis All-Conference selections. Six Barr-Reeve players led the tennis selections, including Grant Armes, Eli Ash, Collin Graber, Jason Knepp. Kierson Lengacher, and Daniel Underwood.
