Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, in conjunction with University of Louisville Health, is offering a new, FREE stroke survivors support group for stroke survivors and their family and/or caregivers.

The next support group will be held on Tuesday, September 27th, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. in the Medical Arts Building Conference Center.

Pre-registration is not required.
