Helping Hands Ministry re-opens this Saturday from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at Westminster Presbyterian Church at 110 Northeast Second Street in Washington. Free clothing and household items for persons in need. Masks will be required and will be available. Only 10 guests will enter within each time segment.
