Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, in conjunction with University of Louisville Health, offers a FREE support group where stroke survivors and their family/caregivers can talk openly with others who share similar experiences.

The next support group will be held on Tuesday, September 28th., from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. in the Medical Arts Building Conference Center located at 721 W. 13th Street in Jasper. Pre-registration is not required
