Old Town Players Haunted Double Feature

October 14 - 23

Zombies and things that go bump in the night will take over the Old Town Players Theatre & Arts Center in a haunted double feature that opens October 14th for a six-performance run. The shows “10 Ways to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse” and “The Best Haunted Ever” will run Oct. 14th, 15th and 16th and 21st, 22nd & 23rd. Details about OTP shows are available at oldtownplayers.org.

‘Parking Lot Pumpkin Patch’

The first annual “PARKING LOT PUMPKIN PATCH” will be held on October 14th from 5:00 util 8:00 PM.in the Wabash Food Service Parking lot at 1075 East Ramsey Road in Vincennes. There will be Pumpkins to be picked out and painted. There will also be bounce houses, hayrides and a log horse ride. Entry upon donation. ALL DONATIONS will go to Knox County CASA.

Spooktacular Tales During ‘Downtown Ghost Walk’ in Vincennes

October 14 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Hear local ghost stories and other spooktacular tales from costumed storytellers at various locations during an evening walk throughout downtown Vincennes. This event begins at the Old State Bank, 114 N. Second Street on October 14th and runs from 7:00 until 10:00 PM. Registration required by 5 p.m. on Oct. 14th. Register at indianamuseum.org.

Good Samaritan is hosting its annual Men’s Wellness Fair on October 18th. The event will include free diagnostic health screenings: blood draw (cholesterol, blood glucose, GFR for kidney function, and PSA for prostate), blood pressure, pulse oximetry and colorectal take-home kits. Knox County Sheriff’s Office Hosting 3rd annual K-9 Golf Scramble

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office will host its 3rd annual K-9 Golf Scramble, Friday, October 21st at Cypress Hills Golf Course in Vincennes. The cost is $400 per team.
